At Two Lives Studio, we want you to love your order — truly. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returnable items have 7 days from the date you receive your order to contact us and begin the return process. Please email us at twolivesstudio (a) gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Final Sale Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom label items

  • Hand-painted bottles

  • Gift baskets

Return Guidelines

  • We do not refund original shipping/delivery fees nor cover return shipping fees. Returns must be shipped or dropped off by the customer.

  • All return items must be:

    • Properly packaged

    • In original, unused condition

    • Shipped with tracking info

  • We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds. Once your return is approved and received in its original condition, we’ll issue a store credit that can be used on any future purchase.
