SHIPPING + DELIVERY

A little note: not all items are available for delivery at the moment. Fragile items like glassware or oversized items like large framed art prints and gift baskets/sets are only available for delivery for Miami Dade + surrounding areas. 

Products available for shipping at the moment: books, our signature candle, room sprays, non fragile accessories.

The system will automatically give you a delivery only option (if your address is Miami Dade) if one or more items in your cart are Delivery Only. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Important Note:
Two Lives Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped via USPS or UPS. However, we’re happy to assist you in contacting the carrier and providing any necessary information to help resolve the issue.

Some items may not be eligible for shipping due to their weight or fragility. If an item can’t be shipped, it will be clearly marked at checkout.

We offer local delivery to addresses within select areas of Miami-Dade County. This option will automatically appear at checkout if your zip code qualifies.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for local delivery, though in many cases, delivery may arrive sooner depending on your location.

• Once your order is placed, we’ll text you to coordinate a delivery date and time. 

Please Note:
For the safety of your order, we do not leave deliveries unattended at doorsteps. All deliveries must be handed off directly to an individual who can accept the order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Orders will not be left without clear, prior delivery instructions and confirmation.
